I know I've prob got 20 ceviche threads on here, but hey who doesn't love more food
So LB and Nate and a few others have been saying that yellow jacks are good for Sashimi and Ceviche and I'd been dismissing the idea as I grew up being told jacks are garbage and bloody and gross, etc.
I made a GIANT batch from the meat of one medium-small YJ and well, its friggen delicious.
Ingredients- YellowJack Filets minus the bloodline
Red bell pepper
Tons of onion
habenero
3/4 lemon 1/4 lime juice
Garnished with cilantro
Keeping it simple now a-days
