Speargun trigger mechanism by Speardiver

  • Speardiver trigger mechanisms are now available from www.FreediveStore.com. These high quality mechs come in 4 different styles, and each style has a variation for US or Euro shafts.

    All mechs feature:

    • Quiet firing.
    • The casing is made from 316 grade stainless steel 2mm thick.
    • Sear and Trigger are 8 mm thick stainless steel.
    • All parts are precision CNC cut, which translates to a smooth trigger pull and safe loading.
    • Each trigger mech is available for US and Euro style shafts.

    Trigger mechanism housing dimensions:

    • Length: 68 mm (2.76")
    • Width: 13 mm (0.50")
    • Height: 26 mm (1.02")

The side Line Release is the most common trigger mechanism used by most Spearos.

    • US side line release trigger mechanism can hold up to 10 x 16 mm bands safely with a smooth trigger pull.
    • Euro side line release trigger mechanism can hold up to 6 x 16 mm bands safely with a smooth trigger pull.

    What's included:

    • Side line release trigger mechanism.
    • Line release arm.
    • Line release arm pin.
    • Side plate for line release with two screws
    • Two 7cm (2.75") long x 5mm (0.2") diameter mounting pins.
    • 5 year manufacturer's warranty.

Automatic resetting line release; when the spear engages the trigger mechanism the line relase arm moves to the locked position. The top line Release mech is similar to the side line release mech but is easier to install; just shape the speargun stock slightly under the line release arm for it to move freely.

    • US top line release trigger mechanism can hold up to 10 x 16 mm bands safely with a smooth trigger pull.
    • Euro top line release trigger mechanism can hold up to 6 x 16 mm bands safely with a smooth trigger pull.

    What's included:

    • Top line release trigger mechanism with line release arm.
    • Two 2.75" (7cm) long x 0.2" (5mm) diameter mounting pins.
    • 5 year manufacturer's warranty.

Automatic resetting line release; when the spear engages the trigger mechanism the line relase arm moves to the locked position. The Reverse Trigger Mechanism adds 5cm (2") of band stretch to your speargun in comparison with conventional trigger mechanisms. More band stretch means more power & more range, without increasing the length of the speargun. The extra band stretch is due to the shaft engaging the sear at the back end of the trigger mechanism instead of the front end as with conventional trigger mechanisms. Easy to install, just shape the speargun stock under the line release arm for it move freely.

    • US reverse trigger mechanism can hold a maximum pressure of 1200lbs with a trigger pull of 5.75lb. 1200lbs is equivalent to approximately 12 x 16mm bands. To maintain a safety margin of 50% this mech should be used with a maximum of 6 x 16mm bands.
    • Euro reverse trigger mechanism can hold a maximum pressure of 800lbs with a trigger pull of 5lb. 800lbs is equivalent to approximately 8 x 16mm bands. To maintain a safety margin of 50% this mech should be used with a maximum of 4 x 16mm bands.

    What's included:

    • Reverse top line release trigger mechanism with line release arm.
    • Two 2.75" (7cm) long x 0.2" (5mm) diameter mounting pins.
    • 5 year manufacturer's warranty.

Automatic resetting line release; when the spear engages the trigger mechanism the line relase arm moves to the locked position. The bottom line release allows the shooting line to be wrapped under the gun so it's out of sight when aiming.

    • US bottom line release trigger mechanism can hold up to 10 x 16 mm bands safely with a smooth trigger pull.
    • Euro bottom line release trigger mechanism can hold up to 6 x 16 mm bands safely with a smooth trigger pull.

    What's included:

    • Bottom line release trigger mechanism with line release arm.
    • Two 2.75" (7cm) long x 0.2" (5mm) diameter mounting pins.
    • 5 year manufacturer's warranty.

  • Cool I was just looking at those trigger mechs. If I ever feel like buying that brand I'll buy it from your website.
