I remembered i tried to get one of those clean just to keep the shell for decoration purposes and I must have left a piece inside because that think stunk for years!!!!!!!!!

hahaha that happen to me too adrian.....it stinks really really bad...my mom went crazy..like wtf! josean get that thing out of here....I dont know how but my brother and me try some really stupid things.....the stink got away.....dan and tinu thanxs.. bolo and i have been trying to learn to do that i think it has been years trying....we got some big conch shell....here in PR people go crazy for that...its good taste...

i think its a snail. i wash the meat with saltwater and plenty limejuice to get off the slime, pound the meat till it gets tender , cut it in small pieces and stew it down with fresh seasoning garlic,ginger,etc, and coconutjuice. best!
hey adrian, that smell is the worse. here they rest the shell after cleaning for some weeks on a ansnest, so they will eat out all remaining pieces, i just soak it in soapwater for some days and shake it now and then. -
