Spearfishing around Playa Esmeralda

Hi there!

Next saturday I'll be flying to Cuba to spend some days in Playa Esmeralda, in Holguin. I intend to take all my heavy spearfishing gear with me:D, though it's a family trip, so I'll only be able to spear for a couple of days.

Does anybody have any information about spearfishing near Playa Esmeralda?

Playa Esmeralda is a beautiful place, secluded, not many guests. I didn't do any spearfishing.
