  • Water in my ear

    Hey guys,
    Whenever I go diving I get water in my ear and it prevents me from being able to equalize. I can equalize just fine on dry land. I finally noticed that water was the problem when I was use an enema to clean my ears. I tried equalizing after that and I couldn't do it until I cleared all the water. Any suggestions on what to do? I'm unable to dive at all because of this and I don't want to be just a snorkeler forever :(

    Hi,
    I'm a new member to this forum. I live in Orange County, California. I'm kind of new to spear fishing and freediving and haven't have the success I've been wanting because I have been having trouble equalizing my ears diving under water though on land I have no problem doing it. Only place I have been diving has been in laguna beach because that's the only place I know of to go for now.
