Just pratice and espeacially try controlled breathing. Some weeks ago i read the book
"The 4 Hour Body" and it has a special chapter which i guarantee it helps you to hold your breath
at least twice as much as you can now. Ofcorse it doesnt help to improve your breath hold for long time but you have to try it yourself. Maybe i can post an extract or the chapter.

Firtst off all i just asked for advice , which im gonna follow and second off all is that i do know very well about spearguns. I just never worked with a "runner" or slide ring. And there were some pictures and videos that just made me think about it like that one right there

Right all the pneumatic guns have a runner or slide thing and they work just fine.
Im gonna make some shots with an without runner and look if it makes a BIG diffrence or not.:attack1:

I was wondering if a line release is better than if your shaft is
directly attached to the reel. I wanted to use a steel runner anyway but now
i thought that the reel takes too much power in the first few meters of the shaft.
Or doesnt that make any diffrence ?

And its a 20 minute drive to france. Town is Offenbach an der Queich.
But we go every year in summer for 3-4 weeks to the cote dazur to camp and its awesome
especially because we can always eat 100% fresh fish straight out of the ocean .
The laser seems interesting but the magnarpon is ~`~`~`~`ed up and in no way"easy" to load and it looks gay.
But about the laser.... I thought the fish may even like it and feel atracted.
I experienced fish in a night dive that were crazy about light. Mostly the hunters.
Yesterday i took the liberty to built such a gun

There are some bigger lakes but i dont like fresh water fish so much thats why i spearfish in france;)
But I dont know anybody who is spearfishing here^^ there is a shop though www.spearfishing.de

Im 18 yrs old from Germany and i am spearfishing now for several years now and a few months ago i started building my own custom spearguns:)
Now i think about maybe start build guns to sell them.
These are my first two Guns. The lighter one is completly handmade inc. trigger, spear etc.
The darker one ( the first one build) has an imersion handle, spear,....
So waht do you think?:D
