Nice! Looks like you are having alot more fun than me right now.

Thank you for the review. I wouldn't have thought about the problem with using a float line if you hadn't spelled it out so simply. I appreciate it.

Would some big black heavy duty zip ties work instead of hose clamps? Or would they not be strong enough? Some of them are pretty burly and you can get them pretty tight with a pair of pliers. But might not take the abuse. And I don't know what salt water would do to them.

Very nice

Those shafts are 10 cm longer than the ones that come with that gun right? I have been looking at that gun for a while but can't justify it till I relocate somewhere by the ocean.

By the way, how much was the shipping for the Denton to the USA?

Awesome idea. Love it

I keep busting the tying line I got from Mako when I try to pull it tight. That is one I cannot recommend.

Thanks for sharing! You live in paradise.

Does a cero taste like a Sierra from over in the baja? They are awesome

Did this ever take place? I sure like the look of these abellan guns but what do I know.

What are the downsides of a roller gun? Are they harder to swing through the water tracking a fish? Doesn't seem like that would be the case. The muzzle isn't that bulky. They do have a ton of power right? I have never seen one in real life yet but the idea is super cool.

The stinking carp out here are next to indestructible. Guy I was spearing with last month shot one that had speared before in the head. It had healed up and had moss growing out of the two holes in its head. Wish I had a Picture.

That looks awesome!

This got fun. The thing about this forum is it seems to be more about people than sales. I for one like it that way. Even if it's unfair to retailers.

That is useable performance advantages, not the obvious facts that they are bueatiful and are more of a work of art.
Thanks. -
So help educate me I have only ever used a wood gun once, an Andre is Cozumel. I remember liking it, but that was my second time spearfishing. I now own an array of rail guns. I want to get a wood gun or guns eventually, but am wondering what the advantages are. Especially for one that's not a big tuna gun with many bands. What are the advantages of this gun over your carbon fiber rail gun? Or is it just preference. I know this subject is discussed in general other places, but I think it's interesting to ask some one who sells two specfic guns his opinion.
