While I have been waiting for a laminated blank to cure I though I would bang up another gun. Thanks for all the information everyone puts on these sites-

Used Tassie Oak for the stock and a Beuchat Marlin Handle, it is 1.05 from band slot to mech (I will call it 1.1m).

Made all the fittings myself out of 3mm Stainless.

Popped 2 8mm X 8mm magnets in the track- we will see how they go!

I put 3 coats of Epoxy on and wet and dry sandpapered in between. Then acrylic paint and finished with clear.

I am pretty happy how it turned out-now to get it out and see if it can put some dinner on the table.

Thanks guys- wood is Mackay cedar (flame cedar) and NG rosewood. I am letting the blank settle and will be starting the shapeup soon!!!
