    Went online and found this recipe,decide to impress the GF and cooked this one myself.:@

    Bahamas Baked Mahi-Mahi Fillets Recipe

    Serves/Makes: 4

    Ingredients:

    * 4 mahi-mahi fillets (6-8 ounces and 1-inch thick each)
    * 1/2 cup lime juice (fresh)
    * 2 tablespoons butter
    * 1/4 cup rum
    * 2 onions, sliced into rings
    * 1 lemon sliced thin
    * 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
    * Black pepper to taste
    * Hot pepper to taste

    How to cook Bahamas Baked Mahi-Mahi Fillets:

    * Place the mahi-mahi filets in baking dish, season with rum, lime juice, spices, and onions.
    * Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    * Preheat oven to 325 degrees F, bake marinated mahi-mahi fillets covered for approx 20 - 30 minuets.
    * Dish is done when fish flakes easily with a fork.

    Prepping was very easy,I didn't refrigerate over night just let it marinate for a few hours.I also made some rice Pilaf to go with it. I gotta say I was pretty impressed. The rum gave a unique flavor and depending on how much marinade you pour over your plate a nice buzz:thumbup:.

    GF loved it. I caught the fish,cooked it and she did the dishes and I got some.. WIN-WIN^^

    Larry, I know several people that have had this done, none were divers though. They described in great detail how painful post op is. I feel for ya!!!

    What kinda of breathing issues did you have? I've always been a snotty kid^^. Even to this day, I'm usually congested in one nostril. (mostly allergies)

    Hello Don

    I also spoke to Terry just about 2 weeks ago about this vest and told him to put one on order for me and thanked him for developing such a vest, he said he was about 10 months out for production and we talked about the fit and how it operates with the swipe or push of a button, I then asked if we will see him at the BlueWild expo here in Florida and he mentioned that he had club meeting for the Blue Water meet and could not make it, I guess this is the same one you are participating in? look forward to hearing all about it.

    Do you mind sharing what the price of the vest is going to be?

    Yes it is.

    Hypalon is mainly used as an exterior coating for inflatable boats worldwide, as it has the best properties for resisting abrasion, extreme temperatures, UV degradation, ozone, gasoline, oil, chemicals, and environmental factors like mildew and fungus. When manufacturers use neoprene as the interior coating the blended fabric only gets better. The neoprene increases strength and tear resistance and provides the ultimate in air holding ability. Hypalon coated onto polyester or nylon fabric with an interior coating of neoprene is the most reliable and durable inflatable boat fabric available and can last for more than a decade even in the harshest environments —which is the reason for warranties of five and 10 years. Inflatables with external protective coatings of Hypalon have been chosen for the toughest duty by the U.S. Military and Coast Guard.

    We entered a tournament sponsored by my job. Fishing wise it was pretty tough. Southwest winds yielded no floating debris, we trolled for 3 hrs till we got our first bite. Ended up getiing 9 mahi,biggest one 9.4lbs:@. It was so tough that out of the six boats that entered,only two showed up for the weigh in.Our total weight for the two mahi aggregate was 19.4lbs,putting us in first place. I was also pretty impressed with quality of the iPhone.

    Yes you could have shot them. Park boundaries go out to 300ft of water. If you've got spearguns or shot fish you're not supposed to stop while running thru Pennekamp. I imagine you could use your GPS track to show where you were? It'll probably depend on the mood of the officer!!!!!
