Been diving Channel Islands area since I was a kid and can remember picking legal abalones right off the reefs in Carpinteria and SB. Man, have things changed. Been freediving since 91 and want to start exploring deeper reefs with scuba. I hope to listen learn from fellow spearos on this site and be a helpful contributor.
