Hopefully you can join us on a future trip. I think some time ago I sent you the name of a facebook group where some of the locals (Guadalajara, Manzanillo, Vallarta) spend time (I can PM you the name).

This weekend we were planning going to Manzanillo, unfortunately my friend's panga did not survive hurricane Patricia ...

There is a not too small spearo community around Manzanillo and Vallarta although not many are active in english speaking forums. Me and some friends usually dive near Manzanillo and recently Michoacan.

I just checked 3 watches and all 3 look the same as yours. It's not that the back of the case is not screwed down properly, just that little tab for your finger to turn/open the back is sticking up like that. So no need to worry.

Good to know, I was just being a little paranoid but since I already took it to 60 feet and it did not flood I can confirm it is working properly.

I opened the cover and verified that the battery was properly seated in its place. As expected since the watch is just two weeks old and never opened before the battery was correctly seated.

After closing the cover again there is still a small gap (smaller but still noticeable) See the next picture and compare it against the one in the first post:

I have not opened it. Just took it out of the box, used it for 3 days and then it was stored in my desk until today.

I suppose that opening the battery cover does not void the warranty right?, I'll try to adjust the battery then.

    Hi All

I've used the aeris f10 v2 for just 3 days without any problems but I have a question.

Today I was organizing my gear and noticed something odd. The battery cover does not sit flush against the watch body. Is this something that needs fixing or is it norma?l, I don't want it to flood

Hi, we went to the place I mentioned the other day (Barra de Navidad). The exact place I don't remember, we asked a local fisherman to take us there. There are many hotels, we stayed in one close to the beach. I'll probably go again next weekend.

This weekend we finally had time to go to that place. I am eager to go there again, lots of fish and friendly locals.

Saturday we went to see what we could get from the beach. There was a very strong current and visibility was poor so we decided to return early.

On Sunday we met a local fisherman, he agreed to take us to some places near the bay. Bottom near those rocks is at about 40 feet. It's sandy but with lots of rocks and hiding places for the fish.

(I am the one in the cressi wetsuit)

BTW: English is not my native language, sorry for any mistakes.
