Thanks for the recipe Rusty, definitely trying to make this soon. A couple of questions first about the ingredients.
1. when you say lime leaves are you referring to kaffir lime leaves?
2. what chili paste do you use? (if you have the thai name for it that works too)

I'm Dylan from eastern Long Island, residing in Miami for the cold months. I started freediving and spearfishing in my hometown for stripers 5 years ago and have been hooked ever since. I live in Miami during the winter and fish everywhere from Pompano Beach to the Keys. My favorite form of spearfishing is off the kayak which I do quite frequently. Hopefully there are some fellow south florida 'yakers on the forum who would like to get on the water!
