    Hi guys,
It's been some long time since I last posted here. I was in Egypt - Dahab last week training for the upcoming 2014 season and managed to film one of the fun dives to see the infamous arch of the Blue-Hole. To my surprise, there was a group of tunas waiting for me at the bottom :cool2:

Can you help me identify what are they? I think they are doggies but who knows, there was a major yellow fin run at the area during that period as well.

Don't forget to watch it in HD!

Renejr, I am an AIDA freediving instructor and this is what I teach as a profession. Core techniques are very important but unfortunately the list and lecture is too long to list here :) .

Whoa!!! That was amazing man! 48meters=157feet and volume 8 you did 50m= 164feet...who does that!!?? and you're actually hunting once you get down there. Incredible ability. :thumbsup2: Could you give us some info regarding your freediving techniques like breathe ups, training, etc.Thx for sharing!!

    Hi Don,
    Thanks for the compliments! :)

Well, to tell you the truth I don't really care too much about gloves. The ones I'm using are 3mm leather palm and feeling is quite good on the trigger ;) The colour is not a concern to me but of course I don't choose fluorescent pink!

Memo-a how do you like those gloves on the trigger ? I like the white/grey palms...our Yellowtail here in Cali love the white palms.;) my old ones are now missing all the fingers from 3 years of hard use.

    Thanks, Don

Matt, the two guns in the video are abellansub denton 110 and 120.
Kyle, I recovered the caved up fish from a deeper hole. That's what i meant by recovery depth.
Lunkerbuster, dives are in between 25-50m.

    hi guys,
Variable weight fishing looks always appealing but there are few tricks that are very important! Most important is the float line. It must be a floating one and no thinner than 8-10mm. Tangling at a bottom of 30m+ is never funny believe me :D

Ideally, it should not be used as a tool to go deeper but as a safety instrument to make more relaxed and comfortable dives. It is always a great idea to have such a rig in the boat in case a fish caves up ;)

    Hi all,
I've just joined the club over from Mediterranean waters. I've already seen some familiar faces here :thumbsup2: and I'm sure will meet some more!

    Congratulations on the great forum.
    regards,
    Memo
