    60ft no fins is impressive.

Bottom time usually refers to the total dive time.

oh well id say i was down for around 1:15-30 then.. I'm getting better each week.

Whats helping me a lot is the knowledge I've acquired here in the short time you've guys welcomed me here so thank you..

its been progression these last 2 months my recoveries are really good and short not over worked when i get back to the surface, I've been finding my "zen" which is ironic because the ocean has always been just that.

im trying to become friends with my contractions, today i was playing around comparing dives. early and later contractions, my dives and body react better when contraction come at around 40 seconds.. as opposed to earlier.
is this good? is everyone different I'm still playing around developing my own techniques based of personal experience and knowledge i soak up here! :cool2::toast:

i don't know my ex's moms' maiden name.. her moms side was from belize. but her uncle is the director of tourism as well.
any ways i have an update today! i hit 60feet and stayed for 30 seconds for some decent bottom time. no fins today either just weight belt and gloves.

the go pro was dead when i got to the beach my friend forgot to turn the ****er off.

hey folks, I'm new here as you can quite obviously see.
However I've been snorkeling, diving my whole life and just recently started taking free diving seriously as a hobby. I grew up shore diving at Datura at lauderhill by the sea. swimming from shore to 1st and second reefs when i was as young as 11. As stupid as it may have been 90% of the time i was always diving by myself.
I've always had a knife, a flag etc.. However i am now 23 years young and have some experience under the blue curtain of the surface. But some isn't enough compared to what i would have if i did have some accomplices.
Ive just recently started going religiously to the reef about 2-3 times a week whenever my work schedule allows it.
I swim practice my breathing, my bottom times, control my bpms pretty efficiently, i just never had the LUXURY of having friends with boats or friends that share the same passion i do for the ocean.

long story short… I'm looking for some cool open minded people to take me "under their wing"
im not asking to show me prized hunting grounds or for a free ride, I'm justin search for smart passionate people doing the things I've been trying to do for a long time now. Shit i don't even have a spear gun yet I'm just a diver
