Good stuff! I am sure that you would get a big following on these things in the Freshwater Section of the US area. Similar targets and minds over there.

Still cool - you got me excited as the idea of traveling for freshwater shooting like S. America/Africa/Asia has been in the back of my head for awhile.

Unfortunately it doesnt seem like there is an easy way to get to that sort of stuff, no guide service etc - youd have to know someone. I have found a few FW Spearos from Brazil on Instagram but communication has been difficult.

I currently work for a company based in LA but spend the majority of the year overseas specifically in Tonga.

Ive been once and shot some small reef fish, but have been acquiring floatlines, floats, and a 155cm ULUSUB, so I am hoping to dive into bluewater spearfishing here in the near future.

Any and all advice is appreciated - and any connections with divers in Tonga would be as well!
