Bringing it back on track; the inner bladder of a wine box, attached by the valve and cut into strips, also works very well.
For a little extra stimulation, remove the felt guts and tip from an aluminium cased marker pen, put in 2 or 3 plastic balls (the ones used on fishing lures, etc are ideal), refix the top with a loop of line and seal with Sikaflex or epoxy. Attach to your flasher.

Thanks Fuzz, that's exactly how it was and not to be taken seriously. What else can I say? My name's Charlie and I'm a spearoholic! I've always loved being in the blue, but only discovered my underwater hunting addiction when I came here.
I've being living in Southern Thailand for coming up to 5 years and I'm lucky enough to fish for food around 2-3 times a week, pretty much year round. I guess I know the local Andaman areas as well as any other non-Asian here and I'm happy to share info./boat costs with anyone coming over for their vacation and wanting to have a dive or two... with no regard to financial profit.
