Any Thailand Divers?

    I am in Phuket Thailand right now... will be for the next year. I was wondering if there were any spearfishermen out here.


    You can get a longtail fishing boat for 30-50 dollars, they will take you out to the smaller islands and it usually lasts from 8 in the morning until 4 in the evening.

    i know of an english fellow who spears in krabi its very close to phuket.... i spear but im recovering from a motorcycle accident i live in pattaya..... have you taken the longboat out to any locations yet? really make sure your boatman understands what you want to do and where he needs to take you to accomplish that ( sounds like one of the island snorkeling tours they have) ......... we had a terrible guide off of ko lanta last year.........:( ............. also be aware of where and what you spear as it might be illegal on one of the national park islands :@..........what type of gear do you have?
