Friday, I went out to the bluewater to try and find some wahoo and dolphin. The water was flat calm and we found some floating logs and stuff in 400ft, trolled that for a little bit, and didnt see much. Ended up running from spot to spot for a good 2 hours until we stumbled upon a floating papaya tree in 600ft. I jumped in on that and the guys in the boat started throwing chum. Out of no where as usual, the dolphin show up and I was only able to tag two before they dissappeared. Conditions were deteriorating as we on that spot and we had to turn back in.
Saturday, went out with some newbies to try and show them what "real" spearfishing is. Successfully got my buddy his first hog and I found this guy on a sweet spot that Hau hooked me up with! Viz both days were absolutely amazing! We could see the ledge as we were anchoring!
