I've had something like this in mind for awhile, since we mostly dive a small boat, space tend to be at a premiun, It is also usefull for beach entries to keep guns out of sand, and when rinsing gear or moving stuff around the garage..
Once I use this one for a bit, and make some improvements, I will do another and post a step by step
in the mean time,

This is more of a rough prototype.
Parts,
a 10 gallon chlorine bucket (the extra tall kind)
Medium Grommet kit
Some thick rope
A few bungees, I used lay flat and the ones that are a loop with ball at end to secure guns into the tubes
2x3 vinyl rain gutter downspout.

Zip ties..
A drill, a knife, a hammer and a lighter
