XI REUNIÓN DE LA SUBCOMISIÓN DE CIENCIAS ECONÓMICAS Y SOCIALES (SCESS) de la CGPM
Del 29 de noviembre al 1 de diciembre ha tenido lugar en Saint Julians (Malta) la XI reunión del SCESS de la Comisión General de Pesca del Mediterráneo (GFCM). Entre los diferentes puntos a tratar en la agenda destacaba la adopción del informe elaborado en la reunión del grupo de trabajo transversal sobre pesca recreativa que se desarrolló el pasado mes de octubre en Palma de Mallorca, y donde FEDAS y FECDAS (Oscar Sagué) también estuvieron representadas.
Durante las negociaciones dentro del subcomité surgieron algunas posturas contrarias a algunos de los aspectos más significativos de dicho informe, como la recomendación de un sistema de licencias para cada uno de los países del Mediterráneo y Mar Negro, o la propia definición de pesca recreativa.
Finalmente sin embargo, el informe fue aprobado con pequeños matices.

XI MEETING OF THE SUBCOMMITTEE ON ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL SCIENCES (SCESS) OF THE GFCM
From November 29 to December 1 took place in St. Julians (Malta) SCESS the XI meeting of the General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean (GFCM). Among the various items on the agenda include the adoption of the report at the meeting of cross-working group on recreational fishing that developed last October in Palma de Mallorca, where FEDAS and FECDAS (Oscar Sagué) were also represented.
During the negotiations within the subcommittee came some positions contrary to some of the most significant aspects of the report, the recommendation of a licensing system for each of the countries of the Mediterranean and Black Sea, or the definition of recreational fishing.
Finally however, the report was adopted with little nuances.
