    25.04.2012-The Ordinary of the CMAS with 80% representation of the Federations, members of the organization. They heard and self-critical report of the President with the approval of the majority. For many years the first time the report was confirmed by unanimous vote. Vice Master Plan has prepared a series of amendments in writing of the federations to be incorporated into the final version.

    A cooperation agreement with UNESCO, was signed in the General Assembly after the presentations of the representatives of the world body. The documents were signed by the President of the Confederation and President of the Scientific Committee.


    Annual Committee Reports were heard with great interest, together with the Treasurer's report on the accounts last year. Run year's budget was also supported by the delegates with a unanimous vote. The coup de grace to the Board and the Board of Directors were approved with no votes against. This is due in part to the fact that the CMAS in the last four years has improved its annual report on more than one million euros and the financial future of the Confederacy is solid.

    Report on new - long slopes Statutes - provoked long and heated discussion, the majority of the General Assembly, resulting in a unanimous decision to hold an Extraordinary General Assembly in late November. The purpose is to prevent the 2013 elections by the provisions of this, most laws criticized. After the Assembly, a working group was formed, which will send the draft statutes of the federation before the deadline of end of July.

    To host the 2013 General Assembly Elective four countries presented their candidacy. Philippines, Russia, Spain and Tunisia. At the meeting, Tunisia withdrew the proposal, but in the Rome meeting as an alternative was included in the vote. The delegates appreciated the fair campaign of the Philippine delegation and gave confidence to the country by 40 votes against 32 votes in favor of St. Petersburg, Russia, 30 in Mallorca, Spain and only 23 votes in favor of Roma- Italy.

    No wonder the winning delegation began its celebration in the conference room.
