Tendonitis cures?

  • Hank, I think time heals most wounds.
I have had a busted right hand take 4 years to finally heal to 75% because I kept using it as best I could.
Last week I nailed the heavy bag with a hard right showing off to my son, and was instantly reminded that it
still needs more time.:( I'll be using feet, elbows and chokes if shite goes down.

    Cheers, Don

  • i had a complete dislocation of my right shoulder [ out for 2 hrs ] 5 weeks ago . had it in a sling for 2 weeks and in physical therapy for the past 3 weeks and it is working wonders around 50 % back in total and 100% in some movements . met a lot of guys who fought through pain for years then eventually needed surgery . i think you should go see an orthopedic surgeon specifically [ if possible ] . the tissue needs to heal while under specific movements in order to prevent further damage . good luck Bro . :thumbsup2:

  • forgot to say the RICE technique works really well but you need to be careful when the inflammation goes down as well as the pain , you can have a false sense of strength and will move around normally and may find yourself damaging it again . entering a constant cycle of healing and damaging .

Trust me man i know how it feels tweaking for the water , have not gone back in since the dislocation

Be safe ... Happy hunting .
