I cannot agree more about a foam roller. I'd also get a tennis ball and a lacrosse ball and use them to roll the area of your butt and upper inner back.
tennis is soft, lacrosse hard, your body will let you know which is needed
Yeah all that stuff is great for all of us...even if we're not in pain. It can help keep our bodies moving properly so we can continue to dive for a long time. =]
