    Mike hit Craigs List for South Florida and in the the search tab type speargun, Riffe, AB Biller, Sea Hornet or any other brand name. There are guns up all the time. Then change your search to the Florida Keys and do the same. There are a few now. Good Luck.

    Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum. (How did you guess?) :confused1:


    I have been surfing other forums for quite some time just reading threads and trying to learn and sort thru to get to the good stuff. I found this forum by following up on the GOPRO camera. go figure


    The reason I joined this place was to gain access to the knowledge and experience that I have found from reading other posting......... ie... Don Paul good stuff and nice guy.


    Now that I'm a member and have broken the ice this will probably be my only post.


    Just kidding.............. I appreciate the open and helpful feeling from reading postings everyone does here.


    I am from Homestead Florida have a 22 Dauntless, Boston Whaler.


    My best friend Marcel got me into spearing a year ago, unfortunately I don’t get to go as much as I would like because I don’t want to go out alone or with just the wife (I love my wife …..) we just don’t have the experience :shark1:.


    I'm very new to spear fishing and I am still learning every time I go out.


    The wife loves to snorkel so after watching me shoot a few (over a year) just shot her first Hog a week ago :thumbsup2:.


    Now she wants my Rhino sooooo…… I had to get a new gun so just picked up a Riffe 3x :yaydance:.


    We go out of Bayrfont Park and hit the waters around Elliot Key, Ocean Reef, Key Largo and Marathon.


    We have built up to 20 / 25 feet. So if anyone is interested in taking a newb with them feel free to let me know. I am looking forward to hearing from everyone and reading your threads.
