No problem. I rather people ask questions.
It cost me $700 for 4 days of fishing and 5 nights stay and another $225 (probably less) in little things at the airport, restaurants, Jeep rental, Gatorade, tip, stuff at Walmart...ect. That included breakfast and dinner but we never had breakfast.
The plane ride cost $750 but I had miles on my credit card so it was free.
There are a lot of local fisherman but not spearfisherman. They hook and line every day there besides Sundays. A few fish i shot had hooks in their mouth.
How did you hook up with Patrick? Is fishing not allowed on Sundays?

Had another slight problem Sunday. My shifter cable broke off at the connection inside the cowling. That's it. Two times in a week. I'm off to Belize City to get twin 40 hp Yamaha Enduros.
I love those engines. Simple and reliable.
Not sure about a few things though. No electric start but I can hook them to a battery so i can keep it charged for my bilge pump?
Do the 40s come with tachometers?
Separate fuel supply or single?
Anyway, I feel a lot better. If I had broke down outside the reef on Sunday I would have been in deep shit. The wind had unexpectedly switched to a west wind and was strong. If my motor had quit I'd be typing this thread from Cuba or Jamaica.

Yes you can rig them up to charge your batt.
Tachs do not come with motors.
Separate fuel supply would be best, if one gets contaminated, you can still make it home;) -

Haven't dove in a loooong time, so I thought it would be a great idea to go out for mini season...bad idea:laughing3: We got our limit, but viz was horrible and we really had to work for them..a lot of shorts. Oh and I'm reallly out of shape:rolleyes1:
But it did give me the itch to dive again..Dan,Pantoja,Alan..I'll be calling you soon..
