Use a heli-coil on the frame where 1/4 screw goes to add some strength and also help with thread life when removing and attaching handle multiple times

I did FII with Martin one month ago and he had the holes. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I forgot the holes until my 50' dive, reverse block all the way up! I went hoodless for the remainder of the course. I now have the holes and everythings fine. However, my suit I just bought has no hood, and every hood I try rubs my neck raw. I need something super soft but haven't found anything that works.
Martin is such a rookie i cant believe he does that:rolleyes1:

Get a metal coat hanger, heat it up and poke holes in the hood were your ears would be. Of course remove it before you do it. This should solve your problem

Ive had it for about 2 months and no problems with the battery

Its been working perfectly fine for me

One thing the emphasized a lot on was one buddy down one buddy up. Never dive by yourself and always have someone watching you. On deeper dive around 100 ft have your buddy meet you at around 20-30 ft just incase something happens on your way up. Ill have to double check the depths because I'm not positive ill check when I'm home.
They also teach your proper breathing techniques and body position. An other important thing we learned is how to rescue some in the even that something goes wrong.
My 3 years of dive have mostly been for lobster so I'm new to spearfishing and willing to learn, if anyone want to take me under there wing I would really appreciate it

I would recommend it to anyone, not only did it improve my diving it also made me aware of the safety aspects of diving.
