Yes sir LingHunt, hahaha he wanted to camo everything n the garage after we finished....think he has a camo frisbee now too :rolleyes1:

Royak, nice ax...yes Chuck was a BC guy. Control Denied was also Chucks creation...he employed Tim as the singer for this band, wanted to have more of a metal groove for C.D. instead of the death sound. Yea i also know Scott Clendenen (bass) lives up here also. Shannon has been in Morrisound studios this year trying to finish what was going to be the 2nd Control D album...he had to learn Chucks parts also to finish....not sure wen the release date is.

Thats great you guys being able to play, i love me some music, wish i could express like that. Yea Nish, still know him (shannon h.), like my brother....we go fishing, shooting (firearms), hang out.....trying to get him into diving/spearing. Cool vid btw (of course sound suffers on these, but groovin anyway :thumbsup2:

Welcome Royak, great place to be. Hey Nish, u mentioned u are a fan of Death...i grew up with Shannon Hamm (guitarist from last album & Control Denied) since the 1st grade. He lives up here where im at in Cocoa area. Met Chuck several times before he passed (what a loss, great guy!!) Anyway, enjoy Royak, these guys are great around here.

Being welcomed here and respecting all you guys opinions, knowledge, etc. i felt compelled to say i lurk quickly wen i can...but the last couple months have been busy busy (50+ hrs @ work most wks, son joined cub scouts, etc).... things are slowing dwn a little now. So im waiting on a bonus and tax return time to buy all outdoor gear in one fell swooooop (dive gear, new tent, sons 1st .22 and me a shotgun and other goodies :D )
....we gave my sons 1st daisy a camo paint job, turned out better than i thought it wud.
Take care all, looking forward to participating here soon.[/IMG]

Ok, i guess someone shopped the hand coming down between the 1st and 2nd spout...because it wasnt in the original i posted :@

Good point Xan...camera lenses can pick things we dont see with the eyes. Its a fine line these days with technology, but for my taste, if kept within reason there is still an art to it. You still have your old school film photographers who feel digital manipulation is cheating to any degree. I have a Canon DSLR and have played with editing programs and also have seen amazing digital photos....too amazing.
So to also agree with Dan, ive seen some that leave the realm of a "photograph", and become a colorful painting, so to speak. Its not really a photograph anymore and i almost feel as im being fooled.

Hahaha, u nailed it Dan.. a religous epiphany it is. I just zoomed it up to take another look. Look between the left and middle spout...how i missed it ?? because now wen i look at it, its all i see :cool2:

Ah ha, right u are Hank...usually a sunset indeed, throws this much color. I have messed with color temp settings thru Picasso b4 that wud do this...but this is almost too awesome to be "real".

To agree with japsw, a veteran spearo friend of mine owns several guns. The riffe euro 110 is his favorite. I know there are some wood guns on the Speardiver site here. (upper right corner, click on Freedive Store next to sign in)

Cool. Wow, he freedives out of cocoa? I know a bunch of scuba guys do it but yeah pretty deep usually to get clear. Im trying to get my friend (with bay boat) to get out with me down south to elliot key or something...useless. I have a flats rig but low gunnels, gets spooky in some chop. I dont even know how deep im comfy at having only dove to about 15-20'...that was before i had weight belt too..also still dont have long fins. Take care, be safe.
    Peace

10-4 Marco. Your son is the man hahaha, ive seen some of your (his) pics and read the thread "can a 90cm take a wahoo"...or was it a 75cm??....either way, wow!!

Hahaha, grasshoppa not too young anymore...but he is wise enough to heed the advice of experienced shooters here on this forum!! Thanks for chiming in guys.
Chase...thank you, good stuff. Man do i ever read...so much sometimes in fact, it gets overwhelming. On the weight belt (rubber:thumbsup2:), what kind of weights u suggest, pinch-thread ons-etc ?
I have heard good reviews on Cressi's...going to support local and go with Speardivers Phantom.
    Thanks again fellas.
