A check in dollars from any american bank can be deposited in a Puertorrican account. It takes like 3-4 days to cash it. Just my 2 ©
In Venezuela we call it "Doncella" is a deep water fish, very good eating. You will never see one in the water... 300+ feet.
Lopholatilus villarii is the scientifical name.

Jim: You're asian from where originally? Asia is a big Continent...
I have been both in Jamaica and Trinidad. In Trinidad 70% of the people are originally from India, 27% "creole" or black (I'm sorry, I hate to say "african-american" and in my Country is not politically incorrect say just "black, mestizo or white"), 2% white and 1% other. In Jamaica I would say its 90% black, 5% white and 5% other.
One more curiosity: Is it legal to spear lobsters in Florida? Here you are not supposed to...
Oh, and do you know how I know you're gay?
I will never be 100% sure that someone is gay... :nono::rolleyes1:
Well the gun is on it's way so I will know when it arrives. Anyway Robert stands behind his sales.
Sure he is. Maybe he is not aware of this issue... Make sure to tell him what's going on with the new (silver plated) shafts. There is a recall on all of them.
Yes good looking boys indeed, you have a blessed life Marco. I like how the bigger one has the bigger pargo and vice versa.
Yes I am. Fortunately they look like their mother... :cool2:
You must see the smaller. He is crazy about fishing (any kind).
Any time!
Well, you got my number. We go out pretty much every weekend at least one day.
Now you can go out from Fajardo. Our last trip was to Culebra from Las Croabas ramp. Lot of sharks! Fernando had to "manage" one of them...
Why don't you change the copper tubing by CPVC? It is cheapper, works as good as copper and the don't steal it. Just an advice. But it must be CPVC, not PVC. PVC does not withstand hot water.
No, the girl is a friend's daughter. My older kid is the one at the bottom left on that picture. I have two (beautyfulll) sons. Here a couple pic
Well, I don't know much about Cuba reality, but as far as I know they all sell what they fish and is an important part of their family income. Here in PR is not like that (mostly). Most people has steady jobs. The ones who sell the fish is mostly because there is no way to eat that much...
BTW, Roberto runs a Freediving/spearfishing store/school/charter. It is his job.
You can take a look at: http://www.puertoricofreedivers.com/club.php
There is also a picture of me there... :thumbsup2:
And, yes, he is cuban.
It is a NICE Sama! (Mutton)
Hey Julio, probably we will go out from the south this weekend. Are you in? We have a 25' yola with 2 x 48 HP. Enough space for 6 divers and not much serrucho for the gas.
Well, I have to say that I had a 120 Tuna with the old black shaft and closed muzzle and loved it... 3 years using every weekend it without any regrets. Paid +100 times in fish.
Bad day the one I decided to trade it.
Isn't jerk and chutney caribbean? I have herd that either in Jamaica and Trinidad.
Nice catch!
Very nice Marco and crew.
Roberto Reye's pupils? What does that mean?
Guys that Roberto was/is their mentor/teacher/sensei, etc.
They are cool guys. They have a club that organize meetings, dinners, etc.
Roberto invited me a couple of times but unfortunately I had always something to do. Hope can assist next time.
Prior coming to Puerto Rico for living I went out fishing with Roberto several times. He is a very nice person and better spearfisherman. He helped me and my family a lot when we first arrived to la Isla del Encanto.
BTW, Dan: I took some pictures to one of "Pepe-yola's" gun. Where should I post them?
Here are some pics of the shafts we are talking about....
These other are from last weekend at Culebra. We saw some Roberto's pupils. I don't recall the names... Alex was one of them, I guess.
