Send PFI an email they will probably fit you in. I took it last week in Miami and it was awesome.

Shame. I wear a 13/14. I was gonna suggest a dive but my fins would be a joke on you.
Thanks for the offer but you are right I could probably sleep in a size 14 footpocket LOL.

I have to agree. Where are you located in Miami and what size shoe do you wear? You should try some on
I am by Dadeland Mall. Shoe Size 9.5

Dan do you have the stingray footpockets?

I currently own a pair of Gara professional LDs and are trying to decide if it is worth upgrading to carbon fins. If it is, I have narrowed my choices to the three options mentioned above . I will be spearing mostly in about 30-80 feet of water. Advise or suggestions are welcome.:thumbsup2:

Sounds like a bad battery. All batteries have a date code on it. look for four digits which should tell you the week and year of production. this will tell you how old the battery really is. these numbers should be somewhere on the label of the battery.
With a volt meter you can measure the voltage at the battery terminals with the engine on voltage should be about 14.4V dc.
another test is to turn on the engine and unplug the battery while the engine is running if it turns off bad alternator if it stays running bad battery. This used to work on older system not sure if it will work the same on newer systems as they could have electronics that would shut down the engine if the battery is diconnected.

I now signed up for the March course in Miami 26-29 PFI. I will provide feedback once I go through with it. I chose PFI because the meetings are in Miami instead of Ft. Lauderdale.

Great feedback, Thanks!!!:thumbsup2: I also struggled with weather I should go with level I or II but after talking to them I decided to go with Level I and now after reading your review I am glad I did, plus now I really cannot dedicate 4 complete straight days to a diving class.
