Martin Stepanek is having a "Spring Tune Up" session this Wednesday evening (May 26) at Pompano Aquatic Center and it is a program for tuning up your breathhold, fitness and low O2 tolerance in preperation for summer. I took his "Winter Training Program" back in December for several sessions and I can tell you they are intense and very helpful.
The session is only $25 and from 6pm to 7:30pm, just need to show up with mask/goggles, short fins if you have them.
