Going down for a surf trip to Isla Natividad and spots along the way this friday to the 19th... first couple days of the trip are expected to be pretty minimal in terms of swell and I was planning on doing some diving. Any info would be much appreciated!

Yes there is diving there, and yes it can be quite good.
Also, I hope you're bringing an extra board as that sandbar eats surfboards like cracker jacks.
