Se rendirán honores al equipo iquiqueño que hace 40 años obtuvo el primer título mundial, escuadra conformada por Raúl Choque, Samuel Rodríguez, Pedro Rozas, Eduardo Soto, Jorge Torres y Fernando Sánchez.
Este domingo 11 de septiembre, la Municipalidad de Iquique rinde homenaje al equipo campeón del mundo de caza submarina de 1971, a través de un encuentro deportivo organizado por el Club Iquique Sub en Playa Caramucho.
El campeonato submarino reunirá a deportistas de los clubes Neptuno Rey, Unión Morro, Caramucho y Academia de Educación Física, que disputarán las categorías primera, segunda y senior en caza submarina, además de recolección de especies y fotografía submarina.
Así se rendirán honores al equipo iquiqueño que hace 40 años obtuvo el primer título mundial, escuadra conformada por Raúl Choque Bautista, Samuel Rodríguez Cuello, Pedro Rozas, Eduardo Soto Cuello, Jorge Torres y Fernando Sánchez.
Tras el encuentro deportivo que se desarrollará de 9 a 14 horas, los competidores recordarán a los campeones mundiales en una cena de camaradería, donde realizarán la premiación y rendirán homenaje al equipo que puso a la pesca submarina iquiqueña en lo más alto del orbe. El Boyaldi
