Hey everybody my name is Michael; I’m in the USAF, currently stationed at Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. I’m originally from Los Angeles California but haven’t lived in the states since 2004. I've only been spearfishing for a few months now and I'm hooked. Here in Okinawa we have to use pole spears or Hawaiian slings, so it makes it a little more challenging. I just hope my next assignment is somewhere where I can continue spearfishing. Besides spearfishing I also enjoy body boarding and playing paintball.

Welcome! My father in law is retired USAF and was stationed there back in the later 60's. My wife has memories of going to school on Okinawa (along with many other places...) . Thank you for your service!!
