Spearo's encounter 12-foot tiger shark at Kaimana Beach 4/22/12

What I don't get about this story is why the boat only offered 2 guys a ride to shore and not the three of them?

What I don't get about this story is why divers get surprised to see a tiger shark in the ocean! We are in their territory! Haha
