  • Burleying up the beaches should do the trick.
    This policy is causing a lot of heated discussion down here. More political huff and puff than anything though at the end of the day.

  • Another option could be to buy a tag for the capture of a White Shark.
    That way numbers and strict locations have to be adhered to and the money goes back into the Fisheries.


    $2,000 - $5,000 for a single tag would not be outrageous IMO.

    I see no problems with harvesting a small percentage of White Sharks in areas where the population has exploded as long as it is done in a sustainable way. If we take a sensible percentage of the biomass from specific populations only then its a win win but not every body wants to do that homework are like to use 1970's data to propel the propaganda.

  • I like your logic, lets hope others think your way but truth is they enjoy extrapolating data to suite their ideas and very seldom is it about factual data on both sides worldwide.
