Does anyone know what the diameter of various bands are when stretched to an average elongation? More importantly of 5/8 (16mm) bands?
If someone doesnt have this info on hand I will take a measurement but I need a new caliper first as mine had an unfortunate epoxy accident a while back.

How does this measurement incorporate into your build, band hole diameter, or shaping the stock to have a low profile when the bands are stacked?
Trying to have enough meat to elevate the bands at the muzzle (need Atleast the stretched bands width i imagine) and also creating a profile that puts the bands flush into the stock. Not as much worried about band hole size as that will be based on an unstretched band.
I finally got around to testing this before making a cut on my gun. My streched 5/8 bands ended up being about 8.3 mm / 0.326 inches
So about 1/2 the un-stretched diameter.
