Ibiza spectacular marine swirl

  • This place is magical with UFO sightings and legends.

Spectacular images of what looks like a spiral of currents between the area Sa Pedrera, known as Atlantis, and the island of Vedra, southwest of the island, has captivated thousands of people in social networks. Several users have shared the odd sea phenomenon on Facebook, wondering what can be due this wonder of nature.

One is Jack Lambert, who on Tuesday it was with some friends in the area when, after the storm, he noted the overwhelming spiral of incredible size, a handful of meters from the coast. The young man did not hesitate to capture the phenomenon. When they ran to the top of the mountain, the current had already vanished.

Some people have tried to respond to the phenomenon and have been attributed to runoff model at sea-the stream of water being poured to exceed your deposit or torrente-, a common marine currents from Formentera, or to contact them with the earth that fell off as a result of the rains over the cliff de sa Pedrera. In any case, the stunning spiral will become part of the long list of mysteries that revolve around Es Vedra and Atlantis.
