Here are some photos showing how the LG-Sub handles are milled out of Delrin. Much slower than injection molding, however changes can be made by altering the cutting program and sections can be thicker as there are no cooling time restrictions or mold filling considerations.
Now you can see why the guns are expensive!

LG-Sub have announced another gun based on the Manilu Revolution which is called the "Supreme". Unlike the previous gun which has a 12 mm diameter inner barrel this one has a 14 mm diameter inner barrel. This larger bore size was available years ago in the GSD pneumatic spearguns and today in the "Alpha C1" pneumatic from Greece. The new gun is available in the longer barrel lengths from 117 cm and up.
Other sizes are 124 cm and 132 cm.

Sto cercando qualcuno che abbia usato personalmente sia il Mares Force che il LG Sub Revolution oppure il LG Sub Supreme 14.
Mi interessa un confronto basato sull'esperienza diretta, non sulle specifiche tecniche. In particolare vorrei sapere:
precisione,
potenza reale,
rinculo,
facilità di caricamento,
maneggevolezza tra gli scogli e in tana,
affidabilità nel tempo.
Se avete provato entrambe le armi, quale scegliereste oggi e perché?
Grazie mille per ogni opinione!
Vale la pena spendere molto di più per il Supreme 14 rispetto al nuovo Mares Force?

Come mai con questo nome scrivi in italiano su un forum americano?
Io ho la versione previa del Mares Force, cioè il Cyrano HFT e ci ho messo la testata vuoto della Salvimar, per ciò è più o meno equivalente al Force attuale.
Per me non vale la pena la differenza di prezzo. Poi a me personalmente, l'impugnatura del LG non sta comoda.
Il caricamento, precisione, potenza e manegevolezza sono simili. L'afidabilità credo che sia meglio quella dei Mares per quanto i LG hanno un problema di corrosione galvanica per via dell' contatto fra due metalli diversi (alluminio - inox) in un medio conduttivo (acqua di mare).
Ma ci hai mai pescato con un oleo? Perché il puntamento è diverso e ci devi prendere la mira. Al principio farai tante padelle, poi ti ci abitui.
