Come join the LB Neptunes as we hold our world famous annual auction Wed April 6th, 2011. The auction will begin promptly at 7pm and will be held at Me "n" Eds Pizza Parlor in Lakewood (4115 Paramount Blvd., Lakewood CA 90712). We will be auctioning off NEW and used dive gear, boating accessaries, and sometimes god knows what? Come grab a slice, drink a beer and bid on some great gear donated by our many sponsors. We will also be doing our 50/50 raffle that may be just the right amount of money for you to win that bid on the dive gear you've been longing for. Some of the payouts of the 50/50 have been in excess of $400 in the past. We may also hold a small raffle for an item or two. Bring your cash as it talks and rubber checks walk (Bounce), unless you are a club member or have a strong affiliation w/ someone with in the club.
We will also be unveiling our 2011 Blue Water Meet t-shirt created by Amadeo Bachar. These t-shirts will be on sale at the auction and go fast as Amadeo's work is second to none. We will also have donation boxes set up for the Watermen's Alliance and Ocean Access Protection Fund. A percentage of the proceeds will also be donated to these two organizations.
