I bought a 110 a few weeks ago. I am impressed with the quality of this gun. The shape and finish is really nice. The quality of the trigger mech is really good. I was surprised how light the gun feels. I finally got a chance to have it in the water. I didn't get to shoot any fish, as the water was really dirty and the fish were pretty scarce. The gun tracked really nice. The bands laid up perfectly . It barely sank at all, that's with a rob Allen reel. If I had any complaint it was that the plate in front of the trigger guard had 2 holes that looked like a baseplate would screw right in, but the holes don't line up. I drilled them out and mounted my reel. That's probably nitpicking. Overall the gun is really high quality and really pretty and a great value. Anyone who has seen this gun have been impressed. Btw dan, several people have asked me if the darker wood is a different species or just teak stained darker

So there's no warranty against the gun warping under normal conditions?

Seriously considering buying a 110. What is the warranty against delamination or warping? Sorry, Have to ask

hi roberto, do you have those freedive clinics in the winter? i usually spend the winters in pr and would really like to learn more on safety and getting deeper.

Not really sure, but some of you guys sound like you might have surfers ear. it is a boney growth in the ear canal caused by cold water or cold wind. fisherman get it also. i Have about 80% closure in my ear canal from it.I get ear infections pretty easily, so the doctors tell me to use swimmers ear after each time i get out of the water.I usually ignore this sound advise until i feel water in my head.Not the best patient i guess!
as afr as plugs, I've used all kinds of plugs for surfing for years. I like the docs plugs (vented or unvented) as long as they stay in. They do come out sometimes when you get knocked around.Havent tried them for diving at all, but i think i will try the vented ones as soon as it warms up here in ny.
