Liked 3:10 to Yuma; of, course being in Cowboy Country I am a western buff. Loved No Country for Old Men. Great potrayal of a sociopath.

I was waiting for you to catch that.
I figured as much... I like my dogs who are so fat they need a Segway to find birds.:D

It is with a heavy heart that I report that our beloved dog Lenny has succumb to his illness. In the eight days since my post he had two major bleeds which left him both anemic and lethargic. Mandy and I knew without really saying much to each other that it was now up to us to help him die with some dignity and to help end his suffering. Our emotion overcame us at several points but we came through it by recalling the moments of joy he brought us during his life. Thanks again to all those who offered their advise and support.
Oh Emil, I also just came across this. Very sorry for you and your family's loss.

Dan,
I've always just used Frontline along with readily available equine sprays. We have ticks bad here in OK., but this seems to be the ticket. -
Ok, but only if you won't make fun of him because he is overweight!
Nice...:nono::)

Here's one that I trained years ago.
Interesting looking animal. Impressive...

Which aspect of dogs Aaron; breeding, training?
Both Dan... along the Alps they love their hounds . Of course, the Brittany originates from there and if you have field trialed a Britt in France than ,internationally, it doesn't make the grade. quite frankly, if I can ever find a breeder, I will have some braque de bourbanais ( I'm sure I butchered the spelling) someday. They are a strong well-built French pointer.
I mean hell, one of the few places in the civilized world where you can still purchase wildgame birds at the market so they take their dogs pretty serious. Don't know about protection dogs, though.
On topic though, it's because of the strong interest in sporting dogs that reaches across oceans and borders that I am working on being fluent in more than one language.

I had somebody forward this to me at work as a e-mail . Pretty funny.

Indeed I forgot the French, good point. I was wondering why I forgot and realized I didn't think of the French as noteworthy seamen. I'm probably completely wrong about this.
They are some devoted dog people.

Actually I've been thinking about starting a dog forum as most of the ones out there suck. If you think flaming can get bad and people talk out of their ass on spearfishing forums you'll be amazed to see how much worse dog forums are. In the more prominent ones to cut down on that they instituted a rule where your user name must be your real name. Bill McIntyre would be in heaven.
That'd be sweet. Hunting dogs , too ? Or just protection dogs ?

How do you send it ?

Regardless...the mere fact that I was falling out of my chair laughing while THAT transpired in front of me made me go exercise flogging upon myself. With 'nine-tailed extension cord'.
Hey Dan, Waaaayyyy off topic.... going to be starting some german gunogs in the spring .Be doing a process by process of it ; from pup to five figure finished dog.

Were you laughing as hard as me after you got over the initial shock? Now you're relishing the thought of your friends seeing it.. :laughing3: It was sent to me by a friend too, hijo de puta!
Yes it's sad he left but hopefully he'll come back.
I laughed...which disturbed me even more than the scene being played out.:laughing3:
