Omer Airbalete 110

  • Please guys, can you help me? I have bought airbalete 100 and I don't know how to use it, please, can you write small instruction, especially how to recharge it and how to look after for it... Because I think that can spoil it without professional help..... Thank you

I 'll be back after a swim this this afternoon. Do you have the pump and loader?

You will have to use a punch ( or bar to drift the SS pin out of the handle to expose the air fill at the end of the barrel.

Have you used any spearguns before?

After you use it you can lay it in the tub or pool and soak it a few mins to clear the salt crystals from the gun.
Try to get a airgauge to measure the tank pressure and pump it to spec if needed.

  • Thank you Don for answer, I do have the pump, but when I wanted to reloaded the gun, pump doesn't give any pressure inside, may be I am doing something wrong...
Yes I do heve mares jet 70 and two guns with strips...

  • Ok, but why oxygen doesn't go inside the gun? For this question I don't know answer... I am using the Omer pump, screw it inside... And there is no action... May be there should be something between the gun and the pump?

    Thant you, Stanislav

  • Sorry for hesitating you with this kind of questions....

    Thank you, Stanislav

You removed the handle, screwed the pump in to the barrel inlet and feel no resistance after pumping?

Do you have a gauge to see how much air possibly in in gun already?....back tonight.

Don't worry about any questions, that's what this thread is about.... learning.

    No I don't have it...

    Thank you,
    Stanislav

Maybe the pump is for another gun, does it say Omer on top of the handle.

  • To check if the pump works put your thumb over the end of the pump and push the pump handle, you should feel air pressure on your thumb. The pump draws in air through the breather hole in the top of the pump body, so the pump handle has to be pulled right back before you push it down. If the seal in the rear of the gun charging port is missing then air will just flow out around the connecting screw thread between the pump and gun and not go into the gun, you need to check if that seal is in place. Hand pumps usually don't work if the pump body is not establishing an air-tight connection with the gun, so you need to check that next after you are sure that the hand pump is working on its own. If the hand pump does not work then the seal on the plunger is faulty, it is located at the end of the pump rod opposite to the end with the pump handle.

  • Thant you for your answers!
I have tried and I think my pamp is not working, it is pump from this gun, I am sure (it is silever with bleach handle and small rubber separator). When I push the handle of the pump and close the hole and I didn't feel any pressure neither handle nor the hole...... May be my pump missed some spare part, or it is broken... But pump is new....

  • I found the problem, if you will open the pump there will be small round black thing which takes oxygen inside the gun, this thing is broken, so all there is no pressure and all oxygen come back to the pump.... Some knows how to fix it? Or I should buy new pump?
    Thank you,
    Stanislav

  • Broke Nitro out today to check the pressure, and all seals are holding well at the same 27Bar from last season.
The gun likes the synthetic Motul fork oil I converted it to. Can't wait to get married, get my FRV vest,
finish the boat, service the tow rig and get this thing wet, all before the Blue Water Meet.;):D

    Cheers, Don

  • Don, with all the really cool toys you have.. how do you decide what you're going to play with from day to day?:D The RIB, the OMER.. those countless guns of the legends, I would never be able to make up my mind.
