It is just a old school popper float, very small. I just use it as a marker. I'll dig it out of my kit Sat and take a pix.
They were made by Dacor in days past, I replace the rubber bladder with a punching bag bladder,

Here is the reel belt with out the float co cartridge bit. My snap shackle is missing the bale. I just use 400# tuna cord that is easy on the hands. I only use this on reef dwellers that like to hole up deep, mainly to just mark the cave or ledge I will be working the fish out from.
