Some of these are interesting examples of good logic that just can't be made practical. Like taking the pressure off the ankle and putting it on the shin. Other designs are just plain stupid.

That looks very fast, I have only kicked the old Russian circuit board hand made ones from a old friend Peppo Biscarini from Italy. What a great ab workout! Crazy heaving water ripple every bit of flesh at speed.
