Went out on 8-3-11 with a few friends; Vis was great and it was completly flat out there. We were lucky enough to catch some hogs and a nice size grouper and snapper
Some nice grouper fillets with a nice parmesan/garlic crust. Scales are left intact to help keep the fillets soft and juicy.
