the only comforting part was when they said orcas don't like shallow water. i know i've seen videos of them coming up on the beach though, but i'm going to tell myself that's a different pod somewhere in australia that do that.
i also like at the end where they said a teenage whale got distracted and was screwing around chasing birds while everyone was hunting haha...that woulda been me!

i liked that part too..Orcas are soooo smart that they are possibly capable of forming malicious intent.
they are truely the top of the marine food chain

These pods have been seen just outside the kelp line and out by the R10 buoy hunting sea lions and harbor seal. Probably 40-80 feet depth.
