What chest freezer?

    Shrink wrap is the bomb!! I dont use it on fish, mine are never that big.
    I would gut them, chop heads off and use as chum while im out there on the last drift of the day. Rinse out with salt water. Leave the tail on. Makes em easier to move around. Cores can be halved or quartered easily before freezing. Bag the logs and freeze;) I liks to freezer smaller portions. So we can eat it quickly after thawing with little left over. Good luck!!! I know what being banned from the freezer is like:))
