Barn Report / Sort of

    Left Oceanside for a solo run to the Barn this morning. Water at the Barn was 61 degrees and dirty. I did see a dive boat show up. I fished for some Calicos and Barries. I then went outside due west 10 miles around 10:30 AM and water got up to 66 degrees out there. Headed south parallel to shore then back to Oceanside Harbor. Saw one paddy. Dry as far as H&L goes. Water has to warm up soon. I hope.

    Thanks Gogo, this is shaping up to be one of the coldest seasons I remember, SCi should have been going off a month ago.

    this weekend im gonna hit the local SD Banks , I know the waters still cold , but i need some blue h20 BAD

    Thanks Mike. I love the setup. I have a sled too. Both can do the job. Platform works better for me. The fish are coming!

    No Jetski Mafia here. I do dive with some guys that are in it. I hope the water warms up too.

    Thanks mate, That rig looks like a great way to stick and move, and the hull is chew proof.
    I hate when small blues scratch their head on my little Zoidac , even with a patch kit on board.:D

    I'll start a thread later in the Boat section. I've used a few different setups. BTW there is a guy I think from Florida that did a really cool setup. We can all share some different Ideas.
