    Of course it is Dan.
Perfect arrow, it just needs a better Indian.

Waiting for you to release the new SD wood gun.

Yeah insurance covers it. I just didnt have time for this right now. I guess there's never a good time for this.

I finally back in the water after a long long time.

A simple shore dive, in the 954 area.

    Day started like this,

Drove up, enjoyed music, easy drive, found a parking space, which is rare that late in the day 1pm
    Geared up,

    Dive Report:
-Warm warm water, almost to hot.
    -boat traffic wasn't bad.
-first and second reef were very silty unless you load on the floor then it seemed you had 20' viz.
-once I got to the 3rd reef everything opened up.
-30'+ viz and a lot more life.
-it was beautiful being out in the water again.
-one hog is all that was taken.
-saw a huge grouper but no shot.

I head home, unpack and decide to go to the car wash and get the seats shampooed.
-turn into the place and BAM!!!

My car got messed up, picture doesn't really show it.

No one hurt, everyone was nice.
Shitty way to end a beautiful day on the water.

I just called and spoke to the nice lady Ms. DQ

Been wondering where you've been Larry.

Traveling a lot for work/also went back to school.
    Moved to GA/TX/NYC

I come on and check up, make sure everyone is doing well.

I'm in Miami until the 22, dieing to get in the water.

I miss the ocean, I miss the friends.

    Talk about customer service.

I talk to Dan about my interest in mermaids, 10min's later he is tracing out an image and ploting/cutting it out.

Oh yeah and this is after 3-4hrs of testing and re-testing blades and footpockets to find a perfect combo.

The fins I use before are DiveR Medium. Which translates into a very stiff fin. Which you FEEL. One thing about the DiveR is the power to fight a fish which I put to the test with a big AJ. But then again I plan to stop shooting big fish when I have forgetten to bring the right gear. The proper length of float line a d float.

The Prusuit fins are great for surface swimming. Yes they're softer (M blade in pathos pockets) then the DiveR, but they're moving me along the water faster with less energy. I'm not feeling sore after a dive with the pursuit fin. :thumbsup2:

    Stupid design.

Amazing the backward thinking of some companies.

Who the hell is going to cut a line down the middle of a $200-400 blades.

I really want to see what a Persistent blade looks like out of the pocket. I bet they just cut the end of the blade off where it meets the tab instead of cutting the blade to form around the tab.

Thanks for all the advice everyone!

Pucho, very kind of you. You have mail!

TM, great site my Goggle-Fu isn't that strong I searched and couldn't find wood thin enough before now. Thank you.

LB, I was thinking about that but it's very difficult to keep control of the dremel. I think I'm going to try it anyways seeing as I'm not 100% on these first pair and I know if I take my time and keep practicing they will look better.

Gerald, that's looks great!!! I really like that waveiness/finger groove to the grips. How are you finishing the steel?spray on finishes or dipping?

I'm traveling(work) alot for the next week, looking forward to getting back home to this project.

    Thanks
