Central Laguna Report

Got in a quick dive in Central Laguna the other day. Water was a chilly 58 degrees on the surface, and even colder on the bottom. Vis in less then 20 feet was a blue 12-15 feet. Vis turned to a green 8-10 in 30-40 feet. Swell was small but seemed to be picking up. Surge was minimal. The cold water seems to have taken lots of life off of the reefs. I only saw two legal fish all day, a small, 16 inch Sandbass, and this fat Calico that ended up going 9 pounds.
